If you can’t attend/don’t want the slot you already booked. Please move your appt first OR if you cannot move or nothing is suitable -contact the salon & let us know so we can open the space to someone else.
Action is required. Don’t ASSUME that by adding to the list, your CURRENT booking will be cancelled. Appts not moved, or not notified to us are chargeable.

AMEND/CHANGE (i.e. add or reduce services) – MUST be done by the salon, so as not to affect your booking fee.
