The system is open 8 Weeks in Advance. With a "NEW" day opening everyday on a rolling basis.

Note! - If no Green Dots are showing on the system -that day is either fully booked, (or try reducing the amount of services requested if multiple to potentially open up shorter time slots) . OR it is not bookable yet.
(Ex. if you want a Friday on week 8, you need to wait til Fri Night to see it open in full.)

4x Extra Shifts will be opened up on a Thursday to accommodate for leave & BH's (usually closed Thurs). 9th April, 23rd April, 14th May, 21st May.

WAXING - A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS GROWTH REQ – DO NOT TRIM/ SHAVE/TIDY UP! (You don’t go to the hairdresser & cut your own fringe.
So don’t worry about being hairy – otherwise, you wouldn’t need an appointment).

ELECTROLYSIS – Hair must be Visible above the skin, & tweezable! (around 4-5 days growth) -give me the hair to work with so we can rid you of it quicker. No make up to be worn on appt day, this is not a suggestion. Astringent removers shrink pores, which can then make the treatment more difficult and results are compromised or we may not be able to do treatment at all.

THE WAITING LIST- IS JUST A LIST! -IT does NOT know you.
If you can’t attend/don’t want the slot you booked. Please move your appt first OR if nothing is suitable or available -contact the salon & let us know so I can help. Please do not diary block as someone else could use that appt time.
Action required. Don’t ASSUME that by adding to the Wait list, your booking will be cancelled. Appts not moved, are chargeable.

ALL BOOKING FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE!
(includes change of mind / cancellation & is regardless of notice). Please bear this in mind before booking. If this is not acceptable. Please Do not Book! You can “MOVE” appointments up to 48HRs in advance ONCE per appt. 48hrs or less policy applies, & the system will not allow you to move.
AMEND/CHANGE (add or reduce services) – MUST be done by the salon, so as not to affect your booking fee.

If you are UNWELL, please reschedule with as much notice as possible (Policy applies). If you are visibly unwell, you will be turned away! Please help keep us safe.

If we must enforce our policies. Please don’t take it personally, as a small business, this is vital to survival. It's never personal. If we don’t work – we don’t get paid. No sick pay, no holiday pay, no way to keep the lights & wax on.
