The system is open 8 Weeks in Advance. With a "NEW" day opening every day on a rolling basis.
If no Green Dots are showing on the system -that day is either fully booked, or try reducing the amount of services requested (if multiple) to potentially open up shorter time slots . OR it is not bookable.

WAXING - A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS GROWTH REQ – DO NOT TRIM/ SHAVE/TIDY UP!
You don’t go to the hairdresser & cut your own fringe. So don’t worry about being hairy – hairy is good!

ELECTROLYSIS – Hair must be Visible above the skin, & tweezable! (around 4-5 days growth) -give me the hair to work with so we can rid you of it quicker. NO make up to be worn on appt day, this is not a suggestion. Astringent make up removers shrink pores, which can then make the treatment more difficult and results are compromised or we may not be able to do treatment at all. I know it’s hard, but trust the process xx

THE WAITING LIST- IS JUST A LIST! -IT does NOT know you.
If you can’t attend/don’t want a slot you’ve already booked. Please either move your appt online first OR contact the salon to cancel if nothing is suitable to move to.
It is YOUR responsibility to manage you’re appt. Don’t ASSUME that by adding to the Wait list, your booking will be cancelled. If not notified in advance you will be charged.
If you don’t need the slot, plse move or cancel as soon as possible, so someone else can benefit.

You can “MOVE” appointments up to 48HRs in advance ONCE per appt. 48hrs or less & the system will not allow you to move.
AMEND/CHANGE (add or reduce services) – MUST be done by the salon, so as not to affect your booking fee – 48 hrs min notice req.
To CANCEL your appointment, contact the salon. Not available online.

ILLNESS
If you are UNWELL, please reschedule with as much notice as possible (Policy applies). If you are visibly unwell, you will be turned away! Please help keep us safe.

If we must enforce our policies. Please don’t take it personally, as a small business, this is vital to survival. It's never personal. If we don’t work – we don’t get paid.
No sick pay, no holiday pay, no way to keep the lights & wax on.
