WAXING - A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS GROWTH REQ – DO NOT TRIM/ SHAVE/TIDY UP! (You don’t go to the hairdresser & cut your own fringe.
So don’t worry about being hairy – otherwise, you wouldn’t need an appointment).
ELECTROLYSIS – Hair must be Visible above the skin, & tweezable! (around 4-5 days growth) -give me the hair to work with so we can rid you of it quicker. No make up to be worn on appt day, this is not a suggestion. Astringent removers shrink pores, which can then make the treatment more difficult and results are compromised or we may not be able to do treatment at all.

THE WAITING LIST- IS JUST A LIST! -IT does NOT know you.
If you can’t attend/don’t want the slot you booked. Please move your appt first OR if nothing is suitable or available -contact the salon & let us know so I can help. Please do not diary block as someone else could use that appt time.
Action required. Don’t ASSUME that by adding to the Wait list, your booking will be cancelled. Appts not moved, are chargeable.
